ARE WE WITNESSING THE FALL OF AMERICA?–psychological warfare and you

There seems to be a byproduct of sky high gas prices. Some companies are reestablishing plants on this continent, since transportation cost are running up cost more than the other side of the world is worth shipping from. This seems a good thing for America, jobs may return to Mexico and the US, but this just demonstrates the problematic nature of transnational corporation driven globalization.

While presidential contenders engage in psychological warfare more than real information exchange on the nations deep systemic problems, with each purchase, we push the earth ever more near to environmental collapse. Since campaigns are now almost entirely driven by perception manipulation, neither the public nor the fourth estate, seem able to force the dialogue to get beyond the battle of platitudes and the extremist assumption levied at each opposition candidate. This wrestling match occurs under the context of an international materialism that is marching us off the cliff of sustainability. We bicker over who will leave us with enough money to fulfill our needs and dreams. Somehow, the practical reality of it all is kept from bothering happy spenders, many of whom lust after ever higher incomes.

With increasing inflation and the deflation, or tax, on the pocket book cause by runaway, unregulated profit, those getting a returning job from beyond the border still may find themselves with not enough money to fulfill their survival needs, let alone their ad driven dreams. Not being able to afford the cost of getting to work is what some now face in their daily calculations.

There is little government response from the better to do nothing conservative side, who do not concern themselves with the poor particularly, except that poverty is known subconsciously, to drive individuals to do work deemed unacceptable to the pride by more well off success stories. As more and more Americans gravitate downward to the ever rising to meet them bottom, those commandeering the ship of state from the right find nothing to fix. The mythical market is assumed to magically fix such things. Have a nice day.

This seems in keeping with the laissez faire ideology, that thinks certain kinds of vacuous governmental leadership is organically filled by money making schemes. I do not see how much is to be made off the ill and poor who are below the poverty line. Not to worry, the right wing does not; and the seeds of discontent reverberate through all levels of a nation.

The magical, mythical market, is not at all what it once was. The really rich guy does not usually live on that big house on the hill above the poor neighborhood. They, and their stock holders, live all over the world, often in protected enclaves. They do not need to ever see you. Cutting those corporate taxes, and the loopholes and tax havens, have many of the wealthy taking the money and running out of your town and your country. The private tax called profit keeps its drill bit in your wallet, but the taxes you were fooled into cutting just pulled the infrastructure right out from under your feet. Oopps. My bad?

Now I get why rich internationalist feel you are taking their earnings from them with tax. I also get how, with near free reign over the mass media, they can program our viewpoint to the point of the detached individual until, in the name of individual freedom, we tie the noose around our own necks. It is amazing the distortion in perception that ideological programing can render one. Have a population lusting after riches, then give them the concerns of the super rich, and you have us seeing things from their point of view. Mission Accomplished.

So when the conservative party is asked, what are they going to do about all that has gone wrong, they wonder why you are such a whiner. All signs are good to those with homes, here, there and most everywhere. Many a satisfied profiteer is establishing quarters in China now, just so they can have their foot planted in the future. But you, you back here, stuck in sinking America? You are so yesterdays news. Let the bridges fall and roads crumble, if some rich guy down the street does not feel like fixing them, tough. You should have planned better to be super rich.

You are welcome to raise those other kinds of taxes we have associated with evil socialism. Good luck with that. And when you run for office, we’ll call you a tax and spender, a waste maker of hard earned individual income. With people needing every cent they can get, we have their own interest spinning their own lifestyle down the globalization drain. Suckers. Let’s see how that talk goes for you with 24/7 tax demonizing. Hey. I got a long flight to catch. See Ya…

That both American political parties are locked into corporate subservience is increasingly clear. One represents the elite’s viewpoint, where church or wealth, anoint one with grace from above. The other one still has a conscience of a sorts over economic realities, but in time we come to wonder when any of their promises will actually address suffering and unnecessary pain. But those are great selling talking points. they feel our pain! Hurray!

We are left with understanding our situations ourselves. Our nation is dissolving under our eyes, while construction goes merrily on for the very rich, even here. It is we who are the victims of psychological warfare of an inherently predatory ideology. We are kept from acknowledging our silent complicity’s, for we are both seduced and used at the same time. We are encourage to lust after wealth, while wealth wreaks increasingly irreparable damage of the environments of planet earth.

It remains a phenomenal contradiction, this worshiping of individualism and the gambling schemes it promotes. It assumes all things past ones immediate behavior have no enduring consequence, as if once you are paid you are done. Yet all things are intertwined, a great web of Being. The real world is inextricably interrelated. Individualism wed to consumerism, not only has us deny the consequence of our actions, it has us not even acknowledge them. As if we could just wish them away, then imagine whatever we will.

This is an attempt to bypass reality. It is patently delusional, and will create incalculable negative effects. But to those in this denial of responsibility, so constricted within the predatory view on the commons, it is we who pay the price for their actions. Yet it is they who promote the delusion by negative attachments tagged onto truth, when things like tax are needed to address an issue, they say it is taking from you. That incredible deceptive ploy has become a mass marketing campaign seeded throughout public perception.

If America does not snap out of its superiority complexes trance, we will be seeing, and are actually, the deconstruction of America. Almost simultaneously, and surely against any self assumption of the egos involved, this suicide pact of rampant consumerism and mass consumption of the commons, we will one day find ourselves looking at one another, with nothing left. Soon, after another singing of the Star Spangled Banner. We will look up form our little island, squinting to see the small print on the banner. Just below Mission Accomplished, it will read; Welcome America! Welcome to Jonestown—-Guyana

Drinks are on you.

Render human rights and justice irrelevant?

This question need be asked, since human consciousness is increasingly dominated by what is going on in the corporate world. Old organizations of law and order to protect the individual are atrophying, and being replaced by helpless and hapless citizens at the mercy of market manipulations. Speculation is turning the everyday commodities of life into the next potential gold rush. Those without their hands into these gold mines, becoming the ever new have not’s.

Just as trade agreements under the Clinton administration shipped good manufacturing jobs overseas, to be replaced by many lower paid ones in the service sectors, human rights embodied in the nature of the US Constitution are being shipped away. These are replaced by admonitions to become one of the ownership class or be left on the wayside. The cut tax ideology of death to the commons, is leaving the individual abandoned to their own devises (increasingly expensive at that), while corporations raise their price to cover cost while individuals are left with no such predominant right to exist. Politicians see the world as run by bigger and biggest business, and not whatever your personal concerns are, except to seduce you come election time.

Corporate theocracy, or market theology, the corporatocracy, are notions being forged to define trends of these emerging dominator paradigms. Along with the ever-present reprogramming of humankind’s identity interest by ad’s and ego based lack, the individual is left with little resource to truthful information as to the forces shaping their lives, along with their loss of control over them. We the People is a phrase becoming an anachronism. One of those quaint now “old world” concepts.

Politicians pander to these insecurities time and time again, some requiting constant fear to produce reactionary reptilian mindsets, and some promising community response where not much is likely to ensue, particularly with funds diverted to the ultra rich, which perhaps, a majority of a population would actually switch their lot in life for, they believe–the lottery’s.

These now institutionalized dementia’s are rendering the average citizen in the worlds increasingly irrelevant “democracies”, mere bystanders to the obliteration of their once held rights and human based value system assumptions. We are becoming not just cogs in the machine, but the debris of corporate collateral damage, of building monstrous self guided economic machines for the benefit of the ultra wealthy. That citizens are allowed to exist at all is perhaps one increasing reason why some are willing to wipe the whole planet out, if they do not get things their own way.

We are becoming a species run by smiling and pseudo-enlightened misanthropes, who do not give much of a thought as to what happens to the rest of us, just give them their guarantees to continue with their “good life”. To service this separation anxiety delusion, it helps to have these types idolized in the corporate media’s, being that they know what serves their own interest.

This reprogramming of humankind into being a service class to serve the new Pharaohs and other oligarchs, with their corresponding class of fellow privileged living in their own worlds detached from the average world citizen, is much like an expanded class–the pharaohs, being proclaimed as just the way it is. Just the way God intended. And since they control the media’s overall, they define perceptions of what reality is in the outside and inside worlds of conceptual comprehension.

The delusion of it all is, that the world is and always was one. All of this conquering and separating, all the hoarding and attempts at domination are all sure to collapse under the common sun. The potentially irreversible problem we all face is; as global warming may well render whole areas of earth unsuitable for large populations, along with mass migrations, just on this one subject we are running up to a wall, while pointing fingers. The multiplied stupidity of greed and fear based mindsets may press and stress the life supporting systems of spaceship earth beyond all containment. Once this space capsule is breached, exactly where do you think you are going?

This imposing, or imposed upon us all suicide pact being fashioned by the corporate world and its separation based delusional mental paradigms, is its own kind of Jonestown (1978 cult suicide event in northwest Guyana) . The true believers telling the rest of us we just have to be this way, there is nothing else to do. And there is that legion of blind sycophants, pushing the corporate world view as the one road to success. It is a success over drinking the prepared mix, then hoping for a painless end. Wake up soon, or you will be put to sleep one way or another.

It is up to each one of us to untie the strings of separation ideologies trying to drown our sense of community contract in the “bathtub”. Not all of these self serving delusions are of what we can think of as a consciously organised conspiracy to enslave us. They will, however, end up doing the same. They will bind us to a terminal fate for life on earth with their cancerous competition until resources expire, or the ill will generated by that competition will induce men to follow out their fight to the death suicide programing. Only love will produce that light at the end of this tunnel. Who exactly will give that to you? It is you.

Fear is real. In fact, it is so real, it can seem to consume you all by itself.

It becomes the favorite ploy of politicians who are desperate to control you, and merchants who need you to need what they have.

Gas went up $0.10 overnight (actually as I bought it yesterday). I remember municipalities trying to get a half cent raise in gas to pay for some civic project or program, and the voters say no. Local gas station owners told, that drivers would flock out of town for gas. You would be ruining their lives and livelihood. So we do without the teachers raise, or the intersection expanded. We have learned to not trust government hardly ever (except by fear) in having its hands on one more cent of our hard earned (or not) money.

I think of how, in relative terms, most of these little increases would have returned to us much, but instead, it now goes to a middle east nation, and or the corporations making a windfall off of fear, and a war over it is guesstimated now at eventually costing $3,000,000,000,000–$5,000,000,000,000 and all out of scaring us dumb with dubious rational.

Fear diverts our attention with ease. Heck, I’d rather keep my one half cent, thank you big government tax and spend socialism very much. Now gas can go up a dollar each gallon in a year and we are still kept afraid of (and less able to afford) pooling our resources to do something fair, just or constructive.

I have become cynical in the economic sense, since it seems proved out that every cent you think you kept by avoiding a tax, you will have taken from you more fold, in placing your needs into predatory control. No, not in the hands of voting institutions (representative or initiative) where you theoretically have a say and receive a lasting benefit, but into individuals or collective groups, who knows where in the world. Just probably not in the average voters house or neighborhood where you live. Just got to keep you scared to keep you in line. Attention Diversion Disorder.

Interesting how the selfish, predators and the permanently afraid, rule our lives to some degree. Our doors are locked when once upon a time they were not. I travel as little as possible. I buy less of our consumerist/individualist-each must have their own products, cause somebody rich somewhere needs more for their nicely set up welfare for them state. That is how it is for more and more of us. You just will not see many movies or TV shows based on the third worldalization of our nation. But many a politician will speak glowingly of our special freedoms the world is so jealous of.

Nanny state, closet socialist, communist Utopian, many words are used to now define the community doing good or needed works of one kind or another, by the fears of the poison pill word propogandist. While exploitation of the individuals situation, contempt for empathy and compassion, and getting away with what you can, or aligning with fellow opportunist to strip democracy of meaning, or of rights pertaining fairly to all, goes on quite unabated.

The deck that has been stacked is the very old one, the opportunist and predatory one; take what you can and run. Humankind is always faced with what one can call Energumen (a spirit embracing misanthropic or malevolent intent to others), those who place their “own” above all else, and serve that separation from the whole, as itself being holy.

Resource depletion, pollution, the reduction of the authority of the individual in the responsible collective sense; where we accept that we still live and breath the same air on the same planet and must so act therein responsibly, assaults of these are the greatest looming threat to the planet and so to us.

That said, terrorism is the greatest present threat to the western world. Much of the rest of the world is or has been ruled by this greatest threat as well, but now in the USA, terrorism is the greatest threat of the present moment, because so few callus dysfunctional’s can cause so much fear, harm and disruption of life and economies, not to mention the soul depletion of removed liberties.

If you are liberal, you do need to take terrorism’s realities into account, along with your hopes and fears for the future. I am not suggesting ignoring the source of the mindset that produces lives whose only value seems to be to destroy someone different who is blamed for their plight, rightly or wrongly. That is what manifest terrorism.

It is also necessary to state that our own revolutionary founders would be considered terrorist by the then British status quo. As has been often said; one mans terrorist is another’s freedom fighter. We must determine in this diametrically opposed perception, a truth beyond subjective impression, to where the real truth of the matters are, and what the honorable and rational action and reactions should be.

If you think of humans moving into space (from exploration and or population pressures), we will have had to manage the potential of disaster, of just one dysfunctional and disgruntled individual. Imagine the degree of control by state, or the maturity of the spirit of the populations, to be able to trust catastrophe not ensuing from one of their peoples intentions. Terrorism (of all kinds, including good “defensive”-offensive ones) on the planet is not far from doing the same thing here on spaceship earth.

We face a coming wall regarding globalization and individual and collective rights and responsibilities. I am of the mind that as in all addictions, it is not force or words that will cure us of the oppression of the out of control state, religion-state, or the out of control individual. A rebirth of self, strange as that can seem to mean, is what will break fear based addiction by the individuals own motivation.

When the promise to Life (or God) comes originally from our own hearts and minds, a new world opens up. Life is unveiled and Its astounding presence sensed. This Big Spirit surrounding everything, leaves nothing out or discarded by human concepts of division from the Whole. It is Unconditional Love, pure, simple and true. It does not need me to defend It or say Its Name correctly, nor beg properly, or pander unending to Its omniscience. It is an invitation to exist inside of Its intention, Its unfolding definition alive in my own life, as in all things.

I can share in the miracle, which even includes suffering and loss as poignant counterpoints to being, or I can embrace the myriad pathways to fear. Letting them, ground my spirit to inert dust, worshiping all I lack as evidence of illusions primal abandonment (my detachment from Cause).

It will be the heaven at ones own hands, or the heart eating jungle, that will be produced from what I chose to do or not do. The fate of the world is made up of that magical choice in which direction we each lean, until it becomes a driving wind.
